At Pato Technologies, we aim to provide fast, reliable, and convenient delivery for all orders placed through our website.

1. Delivery Timeline

All orders are processed and dispatched within our standard delivery window. Delivery takes approximately 1–2 business days after dispatch.

2. Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM are processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Fees

We charge a flat delivery fee of KES 500 for all orders within our delivery zones.

4. Free Delivery

Orders with a total value of KES 100,000 and above qualify for free delivery.

5. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. After dispatch, you will receive a notification indicating that your order is on the way.

6. Delivery Location

We deliver to most areas within Kenya. If an address is outside our normal delivery zones, our team may contact you for alternative arrangements.

7. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the delivery team is unable to reach you after reasonable attempts, the order may be rescheduled. Additional delivery fees may apply for repeated attempts.
