Returns & Refunds

At Pato Technologies, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.
1. Return Window
Customers may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after 7 days may not be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or refund:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels must be intact
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- The item must not be damaged due to misuse or negligence
Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or custom order reasons. Such products will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
4. Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged for another item of equal value if available. If the replacement item is of higher value, the customer will pay the difference.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was:
- Wrongly delivered
- Defective
- Damaged upon arrival
In such cases, Pato Technologies will cover the return cost.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Clearance or final-sale items
- Custom-built or special-order products
- Items damaged after delivery due to user handling
